Defense of « PhD thesis » – September 2020
This research focuses on the integration of power modules in order to develop a more efficient and reliable manufacturing technology of power converters at affordable cost. Below, you will find the video recording of the the PhD defense.
The thesis manuscript is divided into three chapters and lists all the research work carried out at the Laplace laboratory over the last three years. The first chapter is a detailed state of the art on power module assembly technologies that will allow us to lean our research towards the development of structured interfaces, which is the subject of the second chapter. The last chapter is devoted to the use of these interfaces as interconnections through functional prototypes allowing the characterization of the proposed solution.
